❓How Do I Cancel My Order?

We can cancel orders within 12 hours of being placed.
After this window, the order is likely already being prepared or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your understanding as we strive to ship quickly.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Do not return your item until our support team has reviewed your case and provided return instructions.
