PROCESSING TIME
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time your order is placed.
Once your order is confirmed and packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After processing, delivery typically takes:
Standard Shipping: 7–9 business days
Premier Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
We ship from our central processing hub and partner with trusted international couriers to make sure your Luxe Lane pieces arrive safely and promptly.
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, sale periods, or due to external courier delays.
MULTIPLE PARCELS
Some items — such as jewelry, accessories and bags — may be shipped from a separate warehouse.
If your clothing and accessories arrive in different parcels or at different times, don’t worry — it simply means your pieces are coming from separate locations. Rest assured, all items will reach you shortly.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, all EU countries, and selected international destinations.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders.
Premier Shipping and Express Shipping are paid upgrades and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES
We believe in transparency — no surprise fees.
For all UK and EU shipments, taxes and import duties are covered by Luxe Lane and included in your order total.
For international orders outside the UK and EU, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Our support team will gladly assist if you have any concerns.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update. If you haven’t received tracking details after 3 days, contact us for help.
DELIVERY ISSUES
While Luxe Lane strives for a flawless delivery experience, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, please contact your local courier first. If the issue persists, email us and we’ll assist you promptly.
