PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday) from the time your order is placed.

Once your order is confirmed and packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

After processing, shipping typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

We ship from our central processing hub and work with trusted international couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales periods, or due to external courier delays.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, all EU countries, and select international regions.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £200 (available in most countries).

  • For orders under £200, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.


CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

At Luxe Lane, we believe in full transparency — with no surprise fees at delivery.

For all shipments within the UK and EU, taxes and import duties are fully covered by us and included in your order total.
You will not be asked to pay anything extra upon receiving your parcel.

For international orders outside the UK and EU, additional customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. If you're unsure, our support team is happy to assist.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update. If you haven’t received tracking details after 3 days, feel free to contact us for assistance.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Luxe Lane is not responsible for delays caused by external couriers, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, please contact your local courier first. If the issue persists, email us and we’ll help resolve it as best as we can.
